The quote is to get a number obviously but also kind of an interview for you to judge their integrity and character.I like to find guys who are kind of on my level - have some experience but working on scaling up.

It’s off by about 2.5” from on side to the other but no cracks or anything that’s affecting the integrity.

If you have sales & marketing skills you can earn a ton of money while doing something that's vertically integrated in your investing.Long story short being an agent makes you a better investor & vice versa.

It is an accumulation of things including:• Do not buy properties likely to have problems• You need an exceptional property inspector and property manager• Your property manager must be an integral part of the property selection team.

I think firstly is to think about building a team: so, network and find people that you trust their integrity and competency and you'd enjoy working with.
