I would suggest going as big as possible in the beginning. 

Highly suggest some YT videos for training / help on the platform.

Will they suggest customers fly out to see properties before buying? 

In fact, someone just called me last week and had a non-performing rental package that they purchased in the same fashion and the prices they bought at, considering the actual condition and historical performance of the properties was too high in my opinion.

Short of coming here and meeting face to face with them and come to a couple local REIA events to discuss, for those who are remote I would suggest getting into some of the NE Ohio REIA facebook groups to get some advice from locals.   

Any suggestions on companies that would be willing to insure without charging 30+ thousand a year??
