I started playing the drums when I was 8, played in the school band (marching/jazz/etc/), and formed a rock band with my friends in High School. 

We can (& have) just start selling retained loans on the secondary market if we need to drum up a few million to lend out quick-like and in a hurry.

First drum up interest on Facebook market place, Craigslist and Zillow, hotpads etc. then have them do an open house from 10-4pm.

He brings value - plugging himself should be standard, accepted, and promoted practice :) LOL, yes, you have your violin you play, Brian beats his own drum, guess I need a horn to toot to keep up with you guys!

I beat the same drum all the time, so I apologize, but...Do a search on this forum for "LLC" and read some of the other threads on investing through LLCs.

This fear is fed by politicians beating the drum of "lawsuit abuse" and "dirty trial lawyers".

Just from the title of the site it sounds like an attorney trying to drum up estate planning and trust work, but then it might be another scam selling you a pack of forms, sorry I know nothing about it.

In my area, title companies give real estate agents and lenders access to their database as a way to drum up business.

Plus I'm not an agent, wholeseller, lender, SDIRA specialist, syndicator, ect so I'm not using this platform advertise, drum up business,  or prove my bona fides to potential investors.

With that said I don't spend a whole lot of time here in the forums drumming up business, so maybe I could do better?
