Write goals for as many areas of your life as you wish; or just pick one:o Family & Friendso Personal Growth & Developmento Physical Environment (like a home office, for example)o Health / Fitnesso Contribution / Givingo Fun & Recreationo Significant Other / Romanceo Career / Businesso Financeso SpiritualityWork backwards. If you are going to have 100 units in 5 years (disregarding the organic and natural momentum), figure out how many per week or month you will need to accomplish the goal.In this case, 20 per year.If you need 20 per year, that means you’re looking for (approximately) 3 units every 7 weeks.Very aggressive, but totally do-able.Once you work through this process, your notebook will be extremely messy.Write it all down again, taking out all the messiness. Now you have your goals list.
