Delivery of one copy of a notice is sufficient for all residents.

If they want furniture, I arrange for the furniture rental, which includes delivery and pickup, and add that charge to their bill.

@Avi Garg We use a local company that will match or HomeDepot plus give us free delivery & haul away.  

IF you line item or put in your scope of work that part of the contract is for delivery of materials that you purchased that might fly and you probably are doing that but just thought Id clarify.Biggest problem with everyone on this entire forum that has issues with contractors is usually they pay sub par rates and prices and expect the world. 

I've also heard of key delivery couriers that deliver keys in person for a flat rate to add a "personal" touch.- Amenities.
