I like to cook so i do most of the dinners.. and i am a credit card mileage junky for airlines and hotels. so when i get to take two or three international vacations a year they are all free expect for the food. and i go business class and stay at top hotels.. allows you to splurge a little when you in a different country..

Personally I like a hybrid approach where you have a pot of money set aside but also add to that with some portion of your monthly income.

Maybe the BP knows the investors though and knows one can fix it and the other will not ever pull it together.The house has rotten wood, old termite damage, floor falling through, foundation issues, large hole in the roof, but the major issue is it was used to manufacture / cook meth.

@Alyssa Paros thank you, yes communication is always the key.I just remember renting an apartment, and the landlord having 3 guys come in during the middle of me cooking dinner and leaving a trail of dirt behind at 8pm.
