I believe the biggest concern would be small kids that might try and chew on a window sill and get down to the lead paint.

Remedies include snaking, water blast, mechanically chewing up the clog, chemically dissolving the clog, replacing pipes that are too small to handle the volume of sewage, replacing pipes that have collapsed, or relining an intact sewer pipe that leaks.If your plumber didn't share with you more about what you are facing, enlist the services of someone who can diagnose the problem more accurately.

Is it old and calm or young and chewing through drywall?

You may have to replace flooring, some chewed trim, landscape cleanup and maybe some other wall or scratching issues. 

They dont bite off more than they can chew .

From one new investor to another, I would be careful biting off more than you can chew.

Dogs can chew trim, scratch doors, or tear up carpet but your risk is reduced if they have mature, smaller dogs (under 30 pounds).

@Seth Teel im not saying there isnt worse out there that goes without saying, but san antonio "the biggest little town" aint what it used to be. lol did you hear about SABOR chewing out the city for all the permits now theyre cracking down on everyone that didnt get a permit for mowing their lawn lol its crazy, not to mention the unethical STR stuff
