These assets encompass 33 houses and a $5.5M stake in 2000 units of multifamily across AL, AR, CA, FL, IL, IN, MA, MO, MS, OH, OK, PA, TN, and TX, and also cash, stocks, and renewable energy.

California: The Pinnacle of LuxuryCalifornia has been a leader in the luxury property market for decades, but specific cities continue to stand out due to demand and premium prices.Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Bel-Air are names synonymous with luxury.

I am a licensed agent in State of CA but have not taken steps to also get it here. 

While the other would always have strong rent potential potentially reaching into the $3k if it is heading toward CA prices, seeing how Californians are moving here in herds.
