Hey everyone,I'm looking to get started in the short-term rental business and could really use some advice.

I am here to create a business strategy that protects personal and business investments and mitigates risk,  procure a coach or mentor, and set up tax strategies to create long-term wealth for myself and my family. 

I made a similiar mistake in business, paying $1.1M upfront for promises and had no way to cut losses when those promises were not delivered on.

As someone who’s spent years building a real estate business from the ground up, I’ve seen both sides of the equation.

Binghamton is starting to see new business coming in too.Where I live Ithaca, NY prices are going through the roof.  

Most importantly, they are disrespectful and bad business people.

For example, $50,000 loan at 10% paid out evenly over 10 years.Like I said, super new to this part of the business, so trying to wrap my head (and spreadsheets) around it.

When my business partner and I were still flipping we bought a couple through Auction.com and we always used a private money lender to fund those and our other flips. 

If you have a business you can grow and get financially rewarded that is higher priority then leaving that.

The people there I have gotten to know and I will say I distrust them the least of all business people I have ever met!
