Access to the MLS doesn't really give you any advantage.Everyone is struggling to find deals.

Thats not to mention if its even possible as there are a lot of access issues to be worked out on the civil side and fire accessibility side. 

@Jay Hinrichs wouldn't eliminating Brokers decrease competition, and access to competitive offerings? 

They could remove the nest if it’s inactive or give you safer access if further treatment is needed.

He is easily accessible if you find him online and he is a great guy.

The location and access to amenities make it a super desirable area so you need to keep an eye on inventory and competition.

FTF has taken many of my clients out of my bridge loans in the past.. this guy could not access his draw money and was out about 300k. now he has the wherewithal to solve his problem but i can see others being in major trouble if work is done and draws are not forthcoming.

However, if you dont have access to that a DSCR loan, fix and flip or fix and hold loan are good.
