I’m new to BP and established a feel for it over a week, went Pro yesterday!

We achieve virtually 100% occupancy from $91 (think early Nov mid week) to $471 (think July 4 weekend) per night per each unit (so Property rent ranges from ~$200 to over $900 per night). 

My personal opinion would be...advance to pay the taxes now, send him a demand letter giving him a couple of weeks or up to 30 days to pay you back.

I should know later this week if my offer will be accepted. 

I've been studying up on real estate for the past 3 to 4 weeks.

If you get a yacker on the comms they tie up the whole airspace  so there was a good one a few weeks ago with a AA  737 who had flaps slats go TU and you listen for 15 minutes as they try to fix the problem how the tower is helping them.. then the chilling  How many soles on board and how much fuel.. and you then become very proud to be in the aviation community when you hear how calm our US professional pilots are..

I stacked up enough money and a couple weeks later, I left the job, did the course, pass the exam and reached out to him.

Wouldn't it be nice to find yourself sitting in a new apartment next week with a big pile of cash on the table?

I am planning to buy a rental property in north Austin in next 2-4 weeks.
