The situation we are faced with now is whether or not we should take a chance and renovate one of the units bathroom and kitchen prior to selling in hopes of making a return on the money put in for the renovations.

Sub too is super easy in the right market conditions and we are coming into the right market conditions you just need a little jingle in your pocket t o pull these off..

The tenant is currently paying less than current market rate, and we are only asking for an increase of 6%.  

We are a Orlando based LTR PM company, but we manage properties throughout Central Florida. 

He knew I was re-selling it to my buyers and was ok with it as long as he got his asking.

Is there any areas in FL that seem like they could be great opportunities for long term holds?
