Normally you would assume 2-3 year old stuff they wouldnt care but a hoarder might get emotional and take retributive action, so i see your point.

Just a slight twist on the emotional support animal (ESA) question.

But what really takes a toll is, when things aren't going the way you had envisioned; when you're dealing with unforeseen issues that come up; stressful situations, projects taking longer, spinning too many plates, budgeting issues, family & personal things that come up, till your emotional bucket is running on empty. 

I don't say that to sound ominous, it's just a friendly reminder that even some very qualified tenants might let you know 2 months into the lease that they now have 2 pit bill "emotional support animals" that you can't do anything about.

Once you get emotionally attached it is hard to make rational decisions.

Embarrassment is a strong emotion for me when I don't have the answer to something I think I should have.

It's especially helpful when dealing with emotional support animal claims.
