They don’t make quality like that anymore and this one certainly deserves to shine.But I should be more realistic I suppose and quit watching all those home improvement shows (Honestly, Cabin Masters is the only one I watch now that that Florida one is no longer on the air - those folks were NUTS!!!)

I've stood on NYC streets and watched taxis not stop for black people but when I walked up they come to a screeching halt.Think before you speak.

Any of these three have become increasingly difficult to come by in Sacramento and I feel that I somewhat missed the window, while watching.

I've watched many very savvy investors through the years buy up like crazy on short term financing hoping to flip for profits only to see them fall.

Observation windows overlook each floor so mothers can study or eat or talk while they watch the kids in the center.
