I know I am missing a lot of other vital information that needs to be considered so I am reaching out in hopes of hearing from seasoned investors and learning more about vacant lot development. 

An attorney (structuring, buy/sell, etc.) and CPA are two vital elements to this equation.

I also use workflow tools to help me stay organized, efficient, and make my guests feel welcome.And a good backup plan to LTR is wise in case you don't like the work involved with STR.

They are also organized enough to be able to separate their time between both jobs and serve both well. 

Most of these organizations prey on newbies and do not deliver valuable content.
