@Camille T. as @Jason Wray mentioned you will probably refinance before 7 years, but if the loan resets at a higher rate you can just stress test the loan by blending a new rate with the current one.

This continued until our GM ultimately quit the company all together citing he was over worked, understaffed, and just unwilling to trade the stress and the blame for money (ironically getting a job at Codes office of all places).

We get last minute calls often, but it certainly stresses out the closing agent and the QI. 

If you can’t spend that money without stressing, I wouldn’t start with ppc. 

If he thinks the stress will cause problems, he's only adding more stress by going to a lawyer and staying there.

Being a contractor the rest of the process is second nature once the home is in my name but I'm stressing how this first step is supposed to go.Main concerns:  Is there a generic form for the state of Ohio that I can access and "fill in the blanks", that gets the house under contract and allows me to state my contingencies?
