It's called Agents Choice.

In fact, it can definitely be the best choice when maintaining a yard or bearing the expense of interior maintenance is not practical.

We had 2 choices: Do our own marketing through trial & error, or pay extra to go with a marketing company.

I really like all of the choices and the diversity of what's offered.

However, that is my personal choice, just like it is everyone else's personal choice to believe as they choose.  

As far as general contractors, I'm still new and have yet to do my first deal, but I'm all in as fad as my choice to do REI

As to highest and best use, a corner property on a residential street is not an ideal choice for buyer with young children however an enterprising landlord who rents rooms to others might find the corner attractive. 

I don’t know if an option is different than a purchase contract, I doubt it, but a purchase agreement in FL is absolutely “transferable” unless there is language specifically prohibiting it.in fact the standard FARBAR has 3 choices under the “assignabity” section. 1) can not be assigned2) can be assigned but buyer is still liable for contract terms/penalties. 3) Can be assigned, buyer is off the hookIf None of the 3 choices are checked off, by law it defaults to #2.Hanging your hat on the theory that some guru “developed contracts that are good in Most states” and “the guru said....” is both naive and foolish. 

When given the choice, I always prefer a longer loan period.Good luck with your investing. 

It was not my first choice however accomplishes many of the goals and reduces the overall project cost significantly.
