Get your head around property, the use, the users, etc. and do a much research as you can. 

The system is very user friendly and never seems to have any bugs.I would also suggest finding out if they have a demo you can try.

When they click submit, I want a webpage URL (basically an MLS search results page) send to the user which contains an active link of homes for sale.

When everyone seems to know everyone, and you have to use real names, websites, locations, etc. for everything here, I'm sure there's a lot of really successful folks here. 

A landing page is trivial and only performs thing, redirect to wherever you desire.You can trigger the redirection from the user click OR with a timeout meta refresh.
