It depends on what type of real estate issues you are dealing with.

Thanks @Irina Belkofer, I did manage to contact a local bank that has no issue lending to an LLC.

My biggest issue currently is I have worked with some higher net worth individuals to partner on deals in the past, structure would be they provide all money and I do all of the work and we split profits in some manner.

This, of course, leads to corruption and the non-payment issue and then the annual tax auctions where you can buy these lovely gems for $500.   

The interest rate is the main issue in my eyes and refinancing isn’t good option evidently when you live and work abroad.

I think also my PM is trying to dodge the issue, but I will be confronting them on these issues else look for someone else.
