Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!

My thought is I can buy the raw land, and sell it back to the owner of the main parcel, who recently purchased it from a bank as an REO.The property has access to a main road without going through the other parcel, but is currently behind a contiguous fence from the other parcel.Does this strategy make sense, or am I putting myself in a poor position by doing this.

I was told by the seller's agent that the seller "doesn't care if he sells it or not", because it's a solid earner and zero maintenance.Any thoughts, one way or the other?

About three to five years down the line, (just when they start making a profit) something goes wrong and the person you thought was upstanding turns out not to be.
