And if I was in your market I would have done the same thing buy those houses for the price of used cars for cash and keep stacking them.. at some point you had to have income or cash to do this from some other source.. you cant buy one house for cash and then stack that rent and buy another..

@Matt Ward My opinion is that when people decide to first invest in real estate they are unaware of syndications and how they work so they invest in something that is attainable for them at the time.

I’ve done the buy and hold and I’m looking to explore another market.

However the rehab has gone faster than I planned, and after a few months, I am exploring the option of turning this home into a rental and moving into the next live in BRRRR/flip.

I want to explore all strategies and I’m eager to get started as soon as possible.
