Has anyone gone down this track, of suffering the first few years, and then gaining a nice return, and how long do you estimate I'd need to eat ramon noodles for?

I have been tracking a foreclosure for a while now.

The software I use helps investors manage all their prospects, search for sellers so they are prepared when they call, manage their buyers list, schedule their to do list, receive past due notification, and track their campaigns.

I'm certainly not strong-arming a little old lady to get her house!!!

Although I have not been directly affected by breast cancer, I strongly feel that it is important to take part in issues that affect all of us one way or another.

Tracking down the ex-wife and those kids, new wife (who may be estranged from the family) and those kids and getting all of them to sign off on the sale can be time consuming and EXPENSIVE.

I've been tracking a couple of cities on the east coast and i'm not too pleased right now :(
