Where do I find?

How do you locate the history of specific loan products? For example, let's say that I want to find out how a certain ARM HELOC or a HEL adjusted at a given institution over the last so many years, where would I find this? Does some entity keep track of the historical adjustments of different institutions and their products? I can't locate it on the website of the lenders.
