As an improvement on this technology, we have a test installation using electric resistance thermal storage units ... essentially larger baseboards filled with bricks as a thermal mass.

The OP would still have a 30 usg storage heater, but the recovery rate would be dismal - depending upon the element that is out, it could be less than half of normal.We have 60usg storage tanks in two of our student rentals - same tank, with the same standby-loss, but one has an optional third element.

With as cheap as storage is these days, either locally on an external hard drive or even better in the cloud, there's not a big reason you can't keep the records for years.

What I mean is that in this current deed, the owner has the one property listed as 'storage' because it is not habitable by tenants.

This is not a topic that I hear about a lot, but Ive been sent Marina for sale:-holds 75 boats-pavilion area-huge garage (steel bldg. presumably for winter heated storage for boats)-large fenced in storage area-asking $160kI am honestly wondering about the liability aspect of the water, does anyone have experience with this?

If you pass your feasibility cutoff and aren't protected with a good finance contingency your earnest money is at risk which can be as much as 1% of the purchase price.Little more to it than fresh debt but it can be worth it if you get a good price and the interest rate works.Just know what you are getting yourself into but it can be a good thing.
