Deeds, how they work?
I am in the market and looking to purchase this property with my investment partner. There are two properties, one at one address and the other under another address. The one is a 3-unit house, all rentable units. The other address has abandoned property that is inhabitable, a house and closed down barbershop/shed. Both are under the same deed, but is it possible to split them up onto separate deeds? What happens here?
