And there will be abuses of the system, but you guys are dwelling on that- not thinking of those who will really be helped, and coming with high school economics explanations for how "it works".Not sure the policies are being written the best ways, with the best wording of the details for the best outcomes, but the general concept is necessary until there is less of an income gap and more fairness.
