Many seem familiar with the concept but are asking me for details regarding the setup.- Can you please share some experiences/examples on how a preferable seller financed deal can be set up?

And there will be abuses of the system, but you guys are dwelling on that- not thinking of those who will really be helped, and coming with high school economics explanations for how "it works".Not sure the policies are being written the best ways, with the best wording of the details for the best outcomes, but the general concept is necessary until there is less of an income gap and more fairness. 

While I understand the concept and wholeheartedly agree with it, I am having a hard time coming up with "value" that I can bring to others.

Don't believe any guru who pontificates that it's soooo easy, the concept is easy but the reality is hard....as far as Overages go, it's the same idea.
