I’m vaguely familiar with the concept of turnkey real estate investing, but I wouldn’t say I’m an expert in it (again, I’m new).

Leverage is an amazing concepts in real estate, but that sword cuts both ways.  

When you think about the concepts behind the 10x Rule, it’s a bit daunting.

Like many, I've been attempting to build my knowledge through countless youtube videos; so far I'm getting the hang of the concept.

While I am in the process of putting together my team, systems, and infrastructure in place I am having a hard time understating one concept: operating under a broker. 

What I have put together we've also already had approved  with the necessary credentialed people with the ability to actually perform :)  If anyone is really interested this is the difference in income for the lenders who do it :)  Of course if you ask me its an ingenious concept that can rewrite many people's lives...But ya I'm just a wannabe :)

As a result of that, concepts that had drive-thrus absolutely were Covid compliant and thrived.

The concept is the tenant leases the premises for a certain amount.

After that decision has been made via renting or buying in the area that provides the schools that you think are best for them, then the concepts around investments and returns become a conversation, but for the most part the two don't always coincide.

Ultimately, the concept is working and ROI projections are very good.
