We are on week two of reno and we are opening it up and bring it back to life.

Been learning and reading as much as I can these past couple weeks and am looking to make my first purchasing within the next 2-3 months.

About 2 weeks into the lease my wife arrived home to fire trucks.

A few weeks ago I listed a fixer for 99k.  

I would think within a week that you would have a few more potential tenants to screen that may be better.

We prepped did a walk thru 2 weeks prior to order any needed supplies, we did some repair work early if we found that we could, Our Painter was not in house he was FABULOUS,, he would work non stop, and others followed as soon as he was done.
