@J Scott Based on our current income and expenses (we are house hacking a duplex) I do believe we could have the necessary capital (~$35k) in 18 months to secure conventional lending but global markets could shift.

The benefits that will come from it will be the connections that you make within the program, the mindset/paradigm shift that you will have, the education that will go in depth and focus on your specific needs.

I've shifted my thinking.
