Sure.It's illegal for anyone other than a licensed Real Estate Brokerage to perform property management services for you.

The best mileage tracking app I ever used shut down but could be highly integrated with Evernote but did not require Evernote.Selecting on the maps from the app provides minimal capability.Overall I am happy with the product but disappointed with their transition to paid service.

Are you really planning on driving all over town to do maid service any time a place is rented?  

It's also unlikely that they have done any updating and kept up on all the maintenance so a lower offer is more reasonable and you have a renovation opportunity.Come up with a list of services you can offer to make it easy for them to sell (as-is) and to move (clean-up service).
