I know I could make a greater return on the money if I incurred more risk, but I guess I'd have to see what the risk/reward was, to see if it was worth it.

Although I had to spend time on setting up and making deals and there were several months of non-paying results... when good deals finally came they just seem keep coming, and I have to say the rewards are pretty good and I am on my way to reach many more goals.I treat RI as a full time business, not a hobby.

Where our clientele is almost exclusively international students, many come from a cultural background where co-ed cohabitation {family members excluded} would be unacceptable.I'm not saying I'll never see through my initial plan to transition the house into two conventional apartments, but as long as the risk/reward and workload levels remain where they are presently, we will keep things as they are.
