I heard a figure today from CoreLogic, a very reputable market analysis company, that 23% percent of all US mortgages are underwater.

Does this guy have a good reputation, or is he just another guru?

I searched the web and didn't find any great ones.I will be renting to people in MA.Any recommendations or point me in a direction would be great.
