I would like to refinance a condo in Destin, FL being used as a short term rental.

We have some rental properties in Section 8 and its becoming very tedious to keep up with all the maintenance issues coming up on regular basis.

Yes we have a maintenance team that maintains the property it is currently  midterm rentals.

I keep hearing how rental prices are going down but I do not see it when I casually look at the rental properties.

Currently, W Sac rentals will not cover the mortgage, but it will do better if you Airbnb it.
