HiThe neighbor rental is next to my rental.

Im looking to move our 5 (soon to be 17) short term rentals over from being solely listed on airbnb, to a comprehensive PMS system to save on airbnb fees and build some efficiencies into our workflow.

We feel very confident in our underwriting, but given the jump that we made from SFH to an apartment building, we want to ensure we're not missing steps in our DD/inspection plan.Here's our current plan:1) Have a general inspector complete a Property Condition Assessment.2) Have specialists complete an evaluation of the roof, electrical, foundation, and heat source (2 steam boilers).3) Review financials, all leases, existing service contracts, rent roll, tax assessment, rental certificate, and 12 months of work orders.Here's what I'm not sure about:1) Are there DD items (specifically those that we would request from the seller) that are not captured within #3 above that we should be requesting?

I've read Rich Dad Poor Dad, Real Estate by the Numbers and Rental Property Investing (by Brandon Turner).   

If buying a rental property, there are investor programs depending on the investor's home country.

Note that this is extremely hard to do with BRRRR deals since the rental amount you qualify for is for the property as-is and you would not be able to finance any repairs. 

If you are self-managing a few rentals, you won't need this.

I was excited because the basement needed an egress window and I was viewing it as a potential additional room and house hack and future rental possibility. 

Hello  , One of our tenants just requested to fill in landlord paperwork for the Rental assistance program.

I plan on house hacking and was wondering if I should open a new bank account solely for the rental property transactions.
