One thing I can recommend, since you are a contractor, is to document the projects that you work on.. these can start build up your track record, show the results and your knowledge of the renovation process (which is essential for Flips and BRRRR).Lastly, based on your financial situation, more conventional financing might be a good idea to get the ball rolling.

As the others said, it depends on your renovations and your market but I wouldn’t expect too big of a forced appreciation on a $12K upgrade.

I dont know the reason but i assume it was so they wont lose it.Now my question is, is there anyway I can take out any more equity loans in the house so I can renovate fully and sell for a much higher price, can probably pull 3.5 for a fully functional higher end house.Is this even worth perusing or should I not touch this with a ten foot pole.Thanks all, looking forward for your expertise
