The front page of the forums were impossible to navigate prior to the change . . . all that navigation is now on the sidebar and can be found from any forum page.....I'm working on a post with all the features -- coming in a few hours.

Unless this feature is already available, I want to suggest that there should be an ability to add a colleague by searching for his/her email address.For example, if you meet other BP members at an REIA and exchange emails.. you should be able to search for them on BP and send a colleague request (similar to facebook).I know there is a feature to invite them: http://www.biggerpockets.com/invites/newBut this is not the same.

iPhone is the way to goI agree with all the items Joshua mentioned, but to add, if you have an apple computer - it syncs to contacts, web favorites, and there are applications that allow you to see files on your computers hard drive remotely from your phone...my husband is a trainer at Apple, so he has all the info...I have had my phone since it came out, and really I don't know what I was doing before that!

I'm not a remote landlord and don't see many (any) successful remote landlords or landlords using PM, at least successful by the standards I set.So ... interested in your thoughts on best strategy, thoughts on the tile, etc.

We've ruled out a lot of homes simply by mapping with satellite feature and seeing what's around (quarry starting next street over, huge power lines, beautiful view of industrial complex, etc.)

Basically, back in the day, the self esteem of the individual borrower determined the deal they got, since the MLO could just tack a pre-payment penalty, make it an ARM, bump the rate, etc, and get paid more for every little "feature" they shoved in (so if the 'true' rate bump for your 680 FICO was 0.25%, they'd bump it 0.75% and get paid more for the 0.5% difference... in this world loan shopping obviously made a huge difference).
