The light would be a no plan permit, where the electrician would submit the circuit record card, which allows the City to determine that the modifications are still within the allowable loads and specs for the lights being changed. 

They do not record conversations but do record decibels to know if a unit was too loud at 3:00 AM every day of the week.

There’s always the risk of something going wrong, but if the tenant was at least decent, they likely aren’t going to want to risk an eviction on their record.

For the seasoning period, I am seeing 6 months seasoning still and you will want to make sure your hard money loan is recorded as a mortgage so you don't have issues down the line. 

Or, you can put a camera up and see who comes to claim the packages and hand the recording over to the police.

We are concerned about a retaliation lawsuit, but its probably safer to get this recorded somewhere than to wait for a suit.
