I'm excited about buying my first home as I pursue a duplex here in Houston to launch my real estate journey.

This would be my first real estate transaction. 

Since that time several other condos have sold.

I own them free and clear.I have contacted traditional lendor for a loan but looks like they can't close in time.

I am planning to go with them for real estate, once I complete re-balancing portfolio - they are located in Houston is a big plus!

Getting court hearing dates are really taking longer time.

I know month to month leases could be an option for the time being as well.
