@Jeff Filali I was reading that some people were saying that having a licenses and wholesaling is more of a hassle than wholesaling without a license.

Instead, we purchased a townhome in the rice village/west university area and decided to "House Hack" part time by renting it out as a vacation rental.We are actually in the process of moving back to the Nashville now, so we've listed the house for sale (just posted details in marketplace if you want to read more about our experience).

You can confuse yourself with reading all the opinions in this site.

I have read that some people finance this under an LLC, while others may choose to purchase as a residential property under personal name being it is under five units?

If you don't have an asset management strategy, I would encourage you to read the book called "Traction" by Gino Wickman.
