I have no experience in buying or maintaining rental properties and a small savings.

Your best bet is to find some local meetups while you are reading about investing in books and on the forums. 

Hi all, I am located in Denver and was curious if anyone has experience with completely renovating a home vs building a brand new one.

I would love your experiences because my alternative is to spend a ton of money on airdna data! 

As for my Smokies properties I am experience something different than others and I will wait till May closes out and I have solid, unchanging and complete numbers (Gross, ADR, Occupancy %) to report what I am seeing versus previous years.
