Does anyone have any ideas about quality/Fast contractors?

If you like the contractors quality, now is the best time to build the relationship.

Hello,Long story short:  Tenants didn't pay last month's rent and damaged carpeting with smoking (prohibited in lease) and other stains, left significant junk to be cleaned out and some other damages. 

A typical finder will either assign their contract for a fee of 5 to 20K depending on the quality of the deal or contemporaneously close it so you won't know their margin.

For a side business (somewhat related to real estate) I am in need of high quality translators to translate some legal documents and marketing materials, in the following languages:Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, Russian, Korean and Spanish.Looking for professionals with experience, not google translate, or fiverr, or the like (i.e "high quality")References would be greatly appreciated.

Arlen - I'm told that it is pretty "hands off" as rental properties go, and I believe that for a couple reasons - very good reliable and clean tenants, and it's classified as a "luxury condo" for what that's worth. 

But the quality of the tenant buyer prospects has been low in that very few have any upfront money. 

Can anyone recommend a carpet cleaning service in the Raleigh, Durham, Triangle area? 

Let's just say it sounds really bad; my walkthroughs have always been great the place has been clean and in order, I have no complaints. 

- Taking the worst house on the block and cleaning it up has been very satisfying.
