Hi folks,For those of you who already implemented SOPs in your business and for those who are in the middle of the process...What tools, books apps or methodologies did you use that made a difference in regards to gathering and implementing Standard Operating Procedures?

People need to understand that a tool is not going to magically make it happen for you.

Mike Abramov BP just published a book on this topic, which is probably what you are looking for, info wise.The gist: research your market, build a trusted, reliable team and insert manageable processes.

Lot's of really good advice in it and as a software/IT guy you will love the tools he is describing to make the  system work for you and not the other way around.Good luck and feel free to connect.
