I'm planning on going to Noteworthy this weekend in Las Vegas and wanted to see if anyone had a meet-up  planned for Friday Evening.Is there a set location for people to meet up and network after the conference on Friday?

Historically I have filed Schedule C with my major expenses being in travel (combination of mileage as well as airfare/hotel for related conferences) and depreciation (equipment).

In total, this has taken about 7 months from purchase to re-fi, but we didn't have to press as hard on the gas pedal considering we wanted to make this a primary residence. 

She definitely has "favorite" states in which to do business, but was reluctant to name these, even when pressed directly.

Iv been studying alot of books and podcasts and now looking at attending some real estate conferences and meetups. 

I know the government needs to feel like they're doing something to protect people, but there are certainly more pressing matters.

Press hard in negotiations, but know if you are actually willing to let the deal fall through over it.
