You'd think there'd be a market for a listing of all eviction cases brought, easy to scrape off the govt databases and preserve, unless that breaks some law.

I heard a rumor that HUD may start letting the property preservation companies fix small leaks.

We've done enough renovation to have those numbers pretty solid, but the new construction (to the existing building) portion is harder to nail down (i.e: following up on Karen's comments and) as there are different strategies we're looking at.

Here in San Diego there is actually a "Mobile Home Park Overlay Protection" zone in order to try to preserve the access to affordable housing....so local regs would seem to potentially support creating a new park.

Right now some of the popular cities seem a little oversatured with properties and investors who don't care about returns as much as preserving capital.
