For package deals, I've seen agents list the homes individually and mention the sale of the homes are part of a package and are not being sold individually and then list the other MLS #'s in the property description.

Its still a profession and the pre-licensure course actually tells you very little about being a real estate agent. 

I am currently looking to purchase investment property, and have been pre-approved with the credit union of which I am also a member.

The state has become a poster child for Republicans in their argument for smaller relief packages.

Everything is pre-calculated and worked into the system.I think I understand real estate but I don't have enough experience to determine the value that each individual job has. an agent is 6%Is money worth 20%?

Curious if anyone out there offers there tenants a tech package or smart home package for additional monthly fees? 

In my mind, that’s the biggest advantage of the real estate business vs other small business like a food truck or a barber shop. 

The offer was accepted and, LONGG story short, my mortgage officer pre-approved me for the wrong type of loan.
