The street were my 6-plex is located is all small (4-6) MFUs - - some rent with stoves and refrigerators and some do not.I provide them as a marketing edge against those that do not. 

The neighborhood I’d say is a class B-, there is new construction going up across the street and the comps range from $120k - $150k over the past 12 months in this area.

I have my primary residence and a rental on the same street. 

My idea is i am looking to gather more than 10 small investors like me who like to do the business in Baltimore city, and all of us buy all the properties in one street and rehab them at once, so in this case the value of the properties in that street will boom up and the small investors get their profit.

You might have to remodel it to fit in with today's designs that are popular or make the house more open.To find out what is the most popular as far as design goes.
