So I was browsing YouTube and I found some guy spouting off his doomsday theory about how we are in a real estate bubble and it's gonna pop in 2017, all his facts seemed pretty legit, but it's kinda worrying I guess.

If it turns into a nightmare popping the tiles, then I'm going full demo to the extent I have to.  

I have been closely watching houses as they pop up and sell within days.

These areas have homes that pop up for sale and are gone at full retail as quick as they come up.

My mantra is to share "why real estate" to get everyone ready before the bubble pops.

But I think if they took it a bit more seriously and operated like a mini-business within the overall ops, it would add a nice pop to the 'other income' line of p&l

Mom and Pop may feel obligated to give a reason and sincerely apologise for not being able to accept the applicant as a tenant but professional landlords know better and do not risk or waste there their time justifying their screening process.  

I'm wondering what the effect of a Chinese bubble popping could be here in the US?
