Has anyone on here had experience utilizing a virtual assistant to help with property management?

I have done that with all of my properties (except one - I am sure you can guess which one), and it has helped me gauge the market. 

My goal is to build a team online and irl to help with this new journey.

I’m hoping this community could help guide me in the right direction!

Go to Etsy and search for "rental property tracker," and you will find hundreds of nice spreadsheets to track 10-20 rentals, usually for under $10.Software has extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

Is it worth it for the interest rate to go significantly up to get the funds to help fix up current condo to rent it out, house hack another home and purchase a multi-family home?

I thought they would help but havent been the most helpful or made anything happen. 

Usually, these examples didn't understand or know what to look for when seeing these spaces to help mitigate the risks.
