I'd make sure each lease has a clause forbidding install on any building surface (they can put the dish on a post in a bucket of sand on their deck) and remove all the installed ones after giving the dish guy 48 hours to do it AND PATCH THE D*** HOLES HE MADE TO YOUR SATISFACTION!!!!

Those that feel this is the "safe" way to go, must be extremely patient since they are behind from the first day until the day their cash flow catches up with the amount of cash they originally put into the deal...which would be 100%.
