This involves balancing, tipping, chaining, tipping some more, swinging, and lots of careful hydraulic work on the front end loader of the tractor to get the 18 foot pole from horizontal on the ground to vertical chained and strapped to the forks on the front end loader of the tractor.

i could care less. they are happy and every time they give me tips or suggestions on what my move should be. i tell all the agents i work with "you are not the only agent i do business with". if they dont like it, they dont have to answer my calls.I keep a spreadsheet with every contractor/supplier i work with. unfortunately, i update that list CONSTANTLY. contractors lose their motivation, stop calling back or find someone else to work for. frequent contact with them even in between projects is important to keep the relationship going.
