Their parents had owned the duplex since first built, the mother had passed away and father was not doing too good when we approached they were thankful for the quick and hassle free help and we were able to add a duplex to our portfolio.

After my 9th grade year when I was 15 my mom and I went to Italy with a group (made up of students and parents from the middle school I had gone to the year prior) and we had a guide take us around to a handful of the cities over the course of two or so weeks.

I live rent-free with my parents and am looking to get my first property, I have been debating either house hacking, or just getting a rental property.
